The University of Manchester Middle East Centre and Dubai Police have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) through which the university will join the ESAAD loyalty programme for Dubai Police staff and family members. The MoU will form the basis of a university Strategic Talent Management Partnership between the two organisations focusing on higher and professional education opportunities, research, practice management, and networking. The partnership will offer mutual benefits to the two communities’ members, including promotional support, professional networking and special access to the university’s business education programmes, especially the part-time MBA in Dubai, which is a top ranked MBA globally.
ESAAD is a loyalty programme that offers exclusive privileges, discounts and promotions to its members including around 30,000 members of Dubai Police, plus other staff (as many as 300,000) at Dubai and UAE government entities, who are predominantly UAE nationals. ESAAD aims to enhance the quality of life and engagement for employees of Dubai Police and their families, and other government departments.
The ‘ESAAD’ loyalty card offers exclusive discounts and promotions for employees across services such as education, consulting, hospitality, retail, and real estate. The affiliation program offers exclusive offers, discounts and benefits to strengthen institutional loyalty and improve the quality of life for members for their service and loyalty to their institutions and government departments.
