Masterclass: Asset Maintenance Management Strategy - Abu Dhabi
All assets within a plant need to be managed and maintain efficiently to meet the industrial requirements such as plant overall safety, reliability &availability, achieving production target, low maintenance overhead by reducing plant downtime, etc. Efficient model can be achieved through the ISO 55000 on the asset management together with engineering maintenance knowledge. The topic will discuss the following;
- Bath tub concept
- Evaluation of existing maintenance performance for further improvement
- Maintenance approaches (Preventive, Predictive, etc) and their optimisation
- Development of CBM philosophy
- Bench marking process in maintenance activities
- Performance check after each maintenance activity
