Masterclass: Asset Maintenance Management Strategy
All assets within a plant need to be managed and maintained efficiently to meet the industrial requirements such as plant overall safety, reliability and availability, achieving production target, low maintenance overhead by reducing plant downtime, etc. An efficient model can be achieved through the  ISO 55000 on the asset management together with engineering maintenance knowledge.

The topic will discuss the following:
• Bathtub concept
• Evaluation of existing maintenance performance for further improvement
• Maintenance approaches (preventive, predictive, etc.) and their optimisation
• Development of CBM philosophy
• Benchmarking process in maintenance activities
• Performance check after each maintenance activity

In addition to this masterclass, you will also have the opportunity to learn about our new Part-time MSc Reliability Engineering & Asset Management Programme.
